The 2024 National Sheepdog Finals will be held September 30th – October 6th at Belle Grove in Middletown VA. The schedule will be as follows:
Sunday Sep 29th, Open Handlers Meeting
Monday Sep 30th – Thursday Oct 3 , Open Preliminary Round
Tuesday Oct 1st – Thursday Oct 3rd, Nursery Preliminary Round
Friday Oct 4th, Nursery Final Round
Saturday Oct 5th Open Semi-Final
Sunday Oct 6th Open Final.
The change in schedule this year is to highlight the Nursery dogs and allow the Nursery Final to be webcast as this is something that many of you have expressed an interest in seeing and to make it easier for the Finals host committee to attract sponsorship for the Nursery Finals. The Nursery Finals on Friday will be held on the Open Field.
