2023 World Sheepdog Trials Information Update
The following handler/dog teams have qualified for the 2023 World Sheepdog Trials scheduled for September 13-16, 2023 at Gill Hall Estate, in Dromore, Co Down, Northern Ireland. As previously indicated, USBCHA has a total of ten senior handler/dog slots and three junior/young handler/dog slots to represent the United States. The following handlers/dogs have now qualified to compete on behalf of the United States Border Collie Handlers’ Association and represent the United States in this event:

Notification to Handler/Dog Teams:
Notification has been sent on to all Qualified Senior Handlers with a deadline of November 1, 2022 to indicate their intent to represent Team USA at the 2023 World Sheepdog Trials. If the ten handler/dog teams are not filled, we will move to the next qualified handler/dog team and provide them seven days to respond and indicate their commitment in participating. The goal is to have the Team USA determined and identified as soon as possible. The 2023 World Sheepdog Trial entry deadline is April 1, 2023.
