Entries must be postmarked or submitted, and fees submitted before August 1, 2023. No exceptions. Payment can be via check or PayPal. You can send in the on-line entry form and mail check separately-Do put name of your dog/s on the check. If mailing:

The cost is $250 per open entry, $150 per nursery. Note for PayPal payments there is a non-refundable fee charged by PayPal
If a dog is on the waiting list, please send a separate check to make refunds easier.
Refunds: All refunds for entries will be processed within 30 days after the trial.
For refunds issued via PayPal, convenience fees will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Any scratches after August 20th, 2023 will receive refunds only for medical, veterinary or other emergency at the discretion of the USBCHA. Any dog on the open waiting list that does not move into the run order, will receive a refund.

Handlers, wishing to remain on the waitlist at the Finals, must sign in with the secretary no later than 5 PM on the day before Finals. Sign in may be done in person, by proxy or electronically. It is the handler’s responsibility to ensure secretary receives notice prior to the deadline.
Scratches will be filled daily up to 30 minutes prior to the first open run of the day, in order of earned qualifying points and based on the wait list compiled as stated above. Good sportsmanship requires handlers to notify secretary of scratches in a timely manner to allow secretary to fill in scratched slots in the run order.
