Sanctioning Form – Trial Approval

Please enter all the information below to submit our online Sanctioning Form/Trial Approval form.

  • You need a waiver if form is not submitted 30 days prior to Entries Opening date

  • Please note II(A)(2)(a). You must apply for sanctioning to the HA Secretary at least thirty (30) days prior to the trial entry opening date. The number of trials to be offered in each sanctioned class MUST be specified

  • Please enter a number from 0 to 10.
    This is total number of open classes for the trial. Ex if 1 open per day over the course of a 3 day trial the number of open trials would be 3. If 2 open classes run over 3 days, 2 would be the number of open trials.
  • Please enter a number from 0 to 10.
    This is total number of nursery classes for the trial. If you have an open class, you can have up to 2 nursery classes in a day. The number of nursery classes=the number of trial days or open classes, whichever is greater. If there is no open class, maximum nursery per day is 1.
  • An email confirmation will be sent if different from person in charge.

  • Sanctioning Agreement

    In submitting this Trial Approval Form, I have read and agree to Section A: SANCTIONING TRIALS of Part II: USBCHA RULES APPLYING TO ALL TRIALS in the USBCHA Rules. I understand that I am responsible for checking the accuracy of the information posted on the USBCHA website and I must notify the Secretary of corrections to the posted information at least one week prior to the trial. As stated in Part II(A)(2)(c) of the USBCHA Rules, changes to the number or type of classes will only be considered within the 30-day sanctioning requirement (i) for good reason, (ii) the opening day for entries is no less than 14 days prior to the trial date or the trial will accept same-day entries and (iii) with the consent of the two Directors from the district in which the trial will take place. The President shall review the change request and either approve or disapprove, and his/her decision will be final.
