On August 1, 2018, the Board of Directors revised the Judging Guidelines, moving guidelines found in Part III of the USBCHA Rules to the Judging Guidelines. There were no substantive changes to the content in this August 1, 2018 revision. The effort is to consolidate what are considered judging guidelines into one document for ease of reference. Judges and competitors are still encouraged to be familiar with both the Rules and the Judging Guidelines. A summary of the changes is attached to the Aug. 1 minutes. The revised Rules and Guidelines are posted on the website.
