Are you a current ABCA Member? *

Handler must be a current ABCA member to compete in the National Finals. Contact ABCA at abca@americanbordercollie.org to join if you are not a current member. You may enter once your ABCA membership application has been submitted.

Photo & Video Release

By entering the USBCHA National Sheepdog Finals, you are agreeing to the following terms: As a condition for participating in the National Finals, I hereby grant the USBCHA permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape or photograph recorded by the USBCHA and/or its designee at any time during the National Sheepdog Finals without payment or any other consideration.

I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed by the USBCHA and/or its designee, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.

Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of the National Sheepdog Finals.

Acknowledgement *

I hereby release any and all claims against the USBHA, the photographer and any of their employees, agents and designees from liability for any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use.

Alternate Open Dog Name

You can replace one of your open dogs only if your alternate dog has more points than next dog on the waiting list. You can do replacement before first open run at finals. There is no additional fee for alternate dog.
