Entry Fee Refund Program

The United States Border Collie Handlers Association announces its Entry Fee Refund Program, which will reimburse Open and Nursery entry fees that have been refunded to handlers who withdraw from a trial within 14 days of the trial’s start date if they believe they have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or who otherwise may have contracted or been exposed to COVID-19.  The Program covers USBCHA-sanctioned trials held while Interim Rules Pertaining to COVID-19 are in place.  More information and a refund application form can be found below or under the COVID-19 menu.  Check the COVID-19 menu for more trial resources for both trial hosts and handlers.
