Sheepdogs must be thirty (30) months or younger on or before December 31 of the year previous to the
Nursery Finals. Any dog born after June 30, 2007 is eligible to run in the 2009 Nursery Finals.

The top placing twenty percent (20%) (rounded to the nearest whole number) of dogs placing in two (2)
Nursery trials of five (5) dogs or more, sanctioned by the USBCHA, shall become qualified to compete in
the Nursery Championship Finals.

The nursery dogs must run a full National style course, without the shedding work, in order to be a
qualifying class.

Cattledogs must be thirty (36) months or younger on or before December 31 of the year previous to
the Nursery Finals. Any dog born on or after Jan. 1, 2007 is eligible to run in the 2010 Nursery Finals.

The top placing twenty percent (20%) (rounded to the nearest whole number) of dogs placing in one
(1) Nursery trial of five (5) dogs or more, sanctioned by the USBCHA, shall become qualified to compete
in the Nursery Championship Finals. Check "rule & guidelines" on web site for more information on
qualifying for Cattledog Nursery Finals.

Imported dogs are eligible for the USBCHA Nursery ONLY if imported BEFORE they reach one
(1) year of age.

Sheep and Cattle Nursery trials will be limited to no more than one (1) trial per day at any given venue.

USBHCA Secretary must receive a trial result sheet upon completion of a Nursery trial.

The Sheepdog & Cattledog results must be accompanied by a fee of Cattle Trial FOUR (4) dollar Sheep Trials $2.00 per entry .
