Dear Sheep Finals Handlers,
Due to travel constraints, checks for the National Sheepdog Finals will be deposited on Wednesday, August 23rd. Here are some points where questions may arise:
- Separate checks for Open wait listed dogs will not be deposited until the Open dog is moved from the wait list.
- For entries submitted in one check, those checks will be deposited on Aug 23rd. Any Open wait listed dog payments will not be refunded and checks mailed until after October 2nd.
- Refunds for scratches prior to September 1st will be processed and mailed on September 15th.
- Refunds for PayPal payments will be follow the same schedule as above.
If you have questions regarding payments, you may contact the Treasurer at email@example.com. Please note there will be no refunds of accepted entries after September 1st without valid, written emergency excuses submitted to the USBCHA Secretary.
